Technical Specifications

1. ‌Light Pole Structure‌:

   • Constructed from high-strength steel plates, formed into octagonal, dodecagonal, or octadecagonal tapered poles via shearing, bending, and automated welding.
   • Standard heights: 25m, 30m, 35m, 40m (customizable). Maximum wind resistance: 60m/s.
   • Each pole comprises 3–4 interlocking sections.
   • Base plate: Flanged steel with a diameter of 1–1.2m and thickness of 30–40mm.

2. ‌Material & Design‌:

   • Functional framework or decorative structure, primarily using steel tubes/pipes.
   • Poles and luminaire brackets are hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance.

3. ‌Electric Hoisting System‌:

   • Components: Electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables (installed inside the pole).
   • Lifting speed: 3–5 meters per minute.

4. ‌Guidance & Load-Release System‌:

   • Equipped with guide wheels and arms to prevent lateral movement during ascent/descent.
   • Automatic disengagement and hook locking upon reaching the designated height.

5. ‌Lighting System‌:

   • 6–24 LED fixtures (400W–1000W).
   • Programmable timer for automated on/off cycling and partial/full lighting control.

6. ‌Lightning Protection‌:

   • 1.5-meter lightning rod installed atop the pole.
   • Grounding system: 1-meter grounding cable welded to the underground anchor bolts.
