Traffic Signal Light - Structural Features

1. The outer housing has two types: PC plastic shell and aluminum casting.

2. The plastic shell and cover material use PC plastic, which is polycarbonate (Polycarbonate, abbreviated as PC). Due to its excellent mechanical properties, it is commonly known as bulletproof glue. Its advantages include:

   1. High strength and elastic modulus, high impact strength, and a wide operating temperature range;
   2. High transparency, transparent PC, used for transparent covers;
   3. High heat resistance. H.D.T. is high;
   4. Odorless and tasteless, non-toxic to the human body, food-grade;
   5. Low shrinkage rate during molding, good dimensional stability;
   6. Excellent electrical properties, high flame retardancy;
   7. Good UV resistance, weather resistance;
   8. Good fatigue resistance, toughness.
      The plastic shell is designed for quick-release installation without screws, making installation and maintenance convenient and efficient.

3. FR-4 flame-retardant material grade glass fiber board is used, which is a type of resin material that must self-extinguish when exposed to flame.
